Welcome to Vienwood Inc, a new home construction company founded by Chuck Louttet, a highly skilled and experienced builder based in Oxford County. Chuck has spent his entire life in the trades, working tirelessly to hone his craft and build a reputation for exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Starting off as a framer, Chuck has a foundational knowledge of how large projects should come together and has the realistic perspective of how to make blue prints reality. Having worked for many quality builders over the years he has gained experience and knowledge of the multiple aspects of good home construction that make a large project successfully come together. Through this experience he has gained an appreciation for quality work. All projects done by Vienwood Inc. are done to New Home Standards with proper permits and designed drawings.
